• Nexus Moving Company Trans Relocation Support. Nexus Moving Company works with grassroots organizations across the United States to provide free relocation and moving assistance for trans people facing danger or displacement.

• Destination Tomorrow: A Bronx-based LGBTQ+ community center providing workforce development, housing assistance, legal referrals, health services, and community programming, with a focus on Black and Brown transgender and gender-expansive communities.

For Youth:

• Ali Forney Center: 24/7 LGBTQ youth housing with drop-in shelter, meals, medical care, and case management.

• The Door: A Center of Alternatives – A comprehensive youth services hub for people aged 12–24 offering gender-affirming healthcare, housing support, legal aid, LGBTQ+ programming, education, job training, and free meals. The Door centers low-income, undocumented, LGBTQIA+, and system-impacted youth in all its programming. Walk-ins are welcome at their SoHo center. (door.org)

• New Alternatives for LGBTQ+ Homeless Youth:  Supports LGBTQ+ youth and young adults experiencing homelessness or housing instability through housing navigation, case management, mental health support, employment services, life skills workshops, and community meals.

• Covenant House New York :  Provides 24/7 emergency shelter, transitional housing, healthcare, education, workforce development, and supportive services for young people ages 16–24 in an LGBTQ+-affirming environment.
