  • New York Abortion Doulas A New York-based, community-centered abortion doula collective offering support grounded in reproductive justice. Co-founded by QTPOC, disabled, and working-class organizers, their work connects abortion access with abolition, disability justice, gender justice, harm reduction, sex-worker liberation, immigration justice, and economic justice. 

  • The Doula Project:  NYC-based, volunteer-run collective providing free abortion support. Their 24/7 Medication Abortion Hotline (844-518-1672) connects people with trained abortion doulas for confidential, nonmedical emotional and informational support before, during, and after medication abortion. 

  • NYC Sexual Health Clinics — One of the best all-purpose resources to lead with. Low- to no-cost and confidential care for New Yorkers 12+ regardless of immigration status, including STI/HIV testing and treatment, PrEP, emergency PEP, Doxy-PEP, mpox care/vaccines, contraception, emergency contraception, and medication abortion. 

  • Callen-Lorde Sexual Health Clinic — LGBTQ+-centered sexual healthcare with HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and hepatitis testing; STI treatment; sexual-health counseling; mpox/HPV/hepatitis vaccines; contraception and reproductive healthcare. Locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. 

  • Callen-Lorde PrEP — Queer/trans-affirming access to PrEP, including support navigating medication costs and insurance. Callen-Lorde specifically notes that PrEP does not interfere with gender-affirming hormones. 

  • NYC Emergency PEP — Save this one. If someone may have been exposed to HIV, PEP needs to be started ASAP and no later than 72 hours after exposure. NYC's 24/7 PEP hotline is 844-373-7692. 

  • Housing Works Sexual Health — Affirming sexual healthcare including HIV/STI testing and care, PrEP + PEP, hepatitis C screening/treatment, contraception, emergency contraception, GYN care, and gender-affirming care. Services are explicitly inclusive regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or immigration status. 

  • NYC PrEP Guide — Straightforward information on accessing PrEP in NYC, including daily and long-acting injectable options and how to find a provider. 

  • NYC STI + Doxy-PEP Guide — Information on STI testing, treatment, prevention, Doxy-PEP, vaccines, PrEP/PEP, and where to access low/no-cost services throughout NYC.
